Engineer Procure and Construct a 150 MW wind powered electric energy generation facility in northwestern Oklahoma. Project consists of 66 Siemens 2.3 MW wind turbine generators. Delaney is currently in the design phase. The project consists design and construction of project roadways, turbine foundations, electrical collection system, 34.5 kV to 138 kV substation, and new high voltage transmission to point of interconnect. Field construction is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2010.
