Global Foundries – 220 acre project site requiring 150 acres of clearing and grubbing – 1,000,000 cy of excavation during a 12 week period. The project includes installation of 50,000 lf of underground utilities including, drainage system, sanitary sewer, water + fire distribution piping and electrical and telecommunications duct bank. The site access roads and parking lot include sub-base and asphalt binder.
