Major Scope and Features:

This project consists of site work for the brigade combat team (BCT) complex #3 to include water, sewer and gas distribution systems, storm drainage, construction of ponds, rock blasting, two rock bores, preparation of building pads and parking areas to include sub-base, topsoil replacement and building drip strips. Project highlights include:

39,840 CY of topsoil striping, 25,440 CY of cut and fill operations, 80,750 CY of fill required, 27 acres of clearing and grubbing, 28,560 CY of mass rock blasting,4,600 LF of gravity sanitary sewer, 5,100 LF of water distribution, 2,800 LF of gas lines, 3,800 LF of storm drain piping, 39,000 tons of sub-base.
