Site Superintendents
Our Superintendents are the key leaders in managing the safe and efficient construction site operation. Working under the direction of a Project Manager, our Superintendents plan and direct the daily activities of foremen, crews and subcontractors. They will partners with Environmental, Safety and Quality Control personnel to assure the highest standards of ESQ and interact with customers, regulatory personnel, union personnel and company executives on an array of project-related matters.
Superintendents also execute the job administrative tasks including but not limited to: timely and accurate approval and submission of payroll records, employee reward and recognition, job staffing, and the promotion of positive employee relations.
Our Superintendents must have considerable experience in managing medium-to-large-scale projects. They must demonstrated best practice execution of construction practices and techniques pertaining to wind farm and/or heavy highway and infrastructure construction projects. Superintendents demonstrate effective problem resolution skills through the demonstration of structured problem solving methods and functions effectively under pressure in environments of rapid change and conflicting demands.
